Applications for Apartment Rental & Garage Space (for all Kaled properties):
Hartley House Owners Corp – 1st Application (Pre-Application Questionnaire) ***** PRIOR to submitting your Sales/Sublet Application (below) for Board consideration - the 1st Application (Pre-Application Questionnaire) MUST be completed and submitted for Board Approval.
***** Please note that under no circumstances will any Sales/Sublet Application be considered without the 1st Application (Pre-Application Questionnaire) being approved by Board. You will be notified by Kaled of the Board decision if you should proceed with the below application.

A copy of Lead Paint Pamphlet MUST be printed and given to applicant for their information and files on both Sales and Sublets. Sublease forms MUST accompany ALL sublet Applications.
